1. Firearm Inspection Requirement

The Buyer agrees to have any used firearm or part purchased from Axis Engineering Labs inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to use.

2. Buyer’s Liability and Responsibility

The Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the legality of the purchase, and for all liability and responsibility relating to the condition, use, storage, and security of the purchased firearm.

3. Certification of Legal Ownership

By purchasing a firearm or part from Axis Engineering Labs, the Buyer certifies that they are legally qualified to purchase and possess the firearm or part and that no state or local laws prohibit them from firearm or part ownership. The Buyer further agrees to utilize a trigger lock or other safety device to prevent accidental discharge.

4. Acknowledgment of Firearm Danger

The Buyer understands and acknowledges that firearms, if handled improperly, are inherently dangerous. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for the proper handling and use of the firearm.

5. Axis Engineering Labs Limitation of Liability

As Axis Engineering Labs does not operate a testing facility, it assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm or part sold. The Buyer agrees that Axis Engineering Labs is not responsible for any malfunction, injury, or damages resulting from the use of any firearm or part purchased.

6. Age Requirements

The Buyer must be at least 18-21 years of age to purchase a firearm unless otherwise stipulated by applicable state laws. The Buyer is responsible for confirming the age requirements in their jurisdiction and verifying the same with their Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or gun transfer dealer prior to purchase.

7. Assumption of Liability Upon Purchase

Upon the completion of the purchase, the Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for the use, handling, and safe storage of the purchased firearm or part. This includes but is not limited to any consequences arising from its use.

8. Deposits and Returns

Deposits made on firearm purchases are non-refundable. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ask any questions and thoroughly review all information provided on the Axis Engineering Labs website before making a purchase.
